How to Cook

1. Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients: Spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese, pancetta, garlic, black pepper.

Instructions: Cook spaghetti. In a pan, cook pancetta and garlic until crispy. Mix eggs and cheese in a bowl. Combine all ingredients with pasta and toss quickly to create a creamy sauce. Season with black pepper.

Equipment: Pot, pan, mixing bowl, whisk, colander.

2. Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients: Chicken breast, bell peppers, broccoli, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil.

Instructions: Slice chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry chicken in sesame oil, then add vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add soy sauce and stir to combine.

Equipment: Wok or large pan, knife, cutting board, spatula.

3. Beef Tacos

Ingredients: Ground beef, taco seasoning, taco shells, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream.

Instructions: Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Warm taco shells. Fill shells with beef and toppings as desired.

Equipment: Pan, spoon, taco shell warmer or oven.

4. Veggie Omelette

Ingredients: Eggs, bell peppers, onions, spinach, cheese, salt, pepper.

Instructions: Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into a heated pan. Add vegetables and cheese. Cook until eggs are set and fold omelette.

Equipment: Frying pan, whisk, spatula.

5. Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, chocolate chips, baking soda, vanilla extract.

Instructions: Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake until golden.

Equipment: Mixing bowl, cookie sheet, oven, spoon.

6. Caesar Salad

Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice.

Instructions: Chop lettuce and toss with Caesar dressing. Add croutons and Parmesan. Squeeze lemon juice over salad before serving.

Equipment: Salad bowl, tongs, knife, cutting board.
